PVC Belt Conveyor

The Doris Belt Conveyor is used to transfer material in horizontal position from one destination to another. It also conveys materials in elevated position. The Belt Conveyor carries material using belt to the required distance. Industrial Belt conveying normally use trough Belt Conveyor using Heavy Duty Belt – M24 Nylon. Inside factory movement of material is done by Flat Belt Conveyor using green PVC Belt to transfer material. Doris India is committed for Good Workmanship and the right conveyor for your job.

Slat Conveyor

The Doris Slat Conveyor is used for moving Boxes, Gunny Bags, Parcels approximately 50 – 75 kgs each in horizontal and vertical manner for heights up to 20 feet. The Slat Conveyor is useful and versatile. The Conveyor is fabricated with angles boxed in a matrix assembly to the required length. Movement of material is done through Heavy Duty Chains with necessary attachment. These Slats provide support to the material being lifted. Slats are roller mounted. Assembly is driven with a Geared Motor as per speed and rating required.

Chain Conveyor

The Doris Chain Conveyor is used for rough and heavy continuous operation were production and speed are necessary. Chain conveyors are also made as Crate Conveyors to carry Milk Crates, Juice Crates and Water Bottles to and fro as required. The Doris Chain Conveyor is made M.S and joined together in Matrix formation, the Slats attached to the chain can be M.S, S.S or in Nylon as per the requirement. A 90 Degree turn is also an option in the Chain Conveyor. The Chain Conveyor is effective in every manner.

Screw Conveyor

The Doris Screw Conveyor are efficient in movement of materials. Screw Conveyor are manufactured in Trough or Pipe. The Screw conveyor Conveys Horizontally or Inclined with permitting intermediate discharge of the material. The Screw Conveyor is a compact machine which can transfer material to required points. Screw Conveyor are manufactured in M.S and S.S. Every Screw Conveyor is backed up by service facilities offered by our Company.

Bucket Elevator

The Doris Bucket Elevators are used for vertical elevation of Materials from one level to another. They are Modular in design and are Rugged in Construction and suitable for Continuous operation. Elevators provided with Buckets available in Mild Steel – PVC – Stainless Steel. Choice of Belt or Chain. They are Easy to Install and operate at high elevations and large capacity. Bucket Elevator are suited for high Output, Low Energy and Maintenance Free Operation. Every Bucket Elevator is backed up by service facilities offered by our Company.
